We recently had David over to do a pre purchase inspection of our 1965 built house and we were more than impressed with his work. David knows his stuff and was thorough, informative and the same-day report he delivered was so detailed it was incredibly helpful to guide our decision making. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

We cannot recommend Dave highly enough as a pest and building inspector. If it were not for Dave being so thorough and knowledgeable we would’ve bought ourselves a total lemon. Dave identified a concerning amount of termite damage in his inspection. This then lead to a more thorough assessment of damage and as a result of Dave’s findings we ended up walking away from this property due to a large amount of termite damage and totally dodged a bullet buying a house infested with termites. When we found another property Dave was also extremely thorough in his assessment and inspection and thankfully this house was sound! We are now in our new property loving life and are chipping away at the areas of improvement Dave highlighted in his report.
