Thank you Richard for your prompt attention and care with our tricky issue yesterday. You went above and beyond the call of duty but goes to show why my folks won't use anyone else for pest inspection, advice and treatment. Your many years of experience and excellent service is why my folks (and now myself) trust and recommend you highly. You are polite, reliable, informative and honest ... all at a price that blows the others out of the water. Thank you again for your help and service Richard. Kerry (Elanora)
