Mark and Richard were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Mark’s communication was excellent, he completed the job quickly and was extremely thorough. His report was to a very high quality as well! In the report he provided photos and was more than happy to talk through any questions I had. His explanations were very detailed and he took the time to answer any questions I had. I asked on short notice, and he was happy to accommodate. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality building and pest inspection.

I would recommend Mark for any house inspection If dealing with a new house purchase or building issues as he is knowledgeable, thorough, and very supportive. The next house I buy, I will definitely have him conduct a detailed inspection of the house to make sure that we won’t have any issues with the purchase. Don’t get your regular building and pest inspection.. DO THIS!!! His services are worth every dollar. He has even helped me after my inspection with ongoing insurance claims.
