Its been a very long time since we have experienced such professional and pleasant trades service. The good experience started with our initial telephone call that was answered promptly and by a real person and then our requirements were met by an extremely prompt service. Then it just got better. John came same day as our request. He was courteous and thorough. They were not the cheapest by far, but again he was thorough and gave us the information we wanted and the report within 24 hours which gave us peace of mind about purchasing property

I have been using Pegasus for years. Never an issue. For a reason I'm not sure of (perhaps we mopped too early after the last visit) the cockroaches have returned after 4 or 5 months. A quick email to Kim and they turned up the next day for a warranty respray! Good timing they happened to be in the area, but excellent service. Much appreciated 🤙
