Regan was on time for our scheduled appointment, which I greatly appreciate. From the moment he arrived, he was professional in his dealings, clearly explaining the process and answering all my questions thoroughly. His communication was clear and courteous throughout. While it's too early to comment definitively on the long-term effectiveness of the treatment, the service provided so far has been outstanding.
