Nick is so helpful, knowledgeable and generous with his time. I have a particularly challenging ongoing termite infestation and Nick has provided ongoing consultation and advice, even though he is too busy and booked up to take on my job. I have had a number of pest control companies involved, with unsatisfactory results and Nick has been more present in the conversation and helpful than any of them. His insight and knowledge about termite management is outstanding and he has shared the latest research. And he's a really decent bloke who has gone above and beyond to help me out when I have really needed it. I totally get why he's busy and popular and his kindness has been touching in the face of a very stressful ongoing situation. Thank you Nick!

Nick does a great job inspecting the property, he has been to us on a few occasions and always spends time talking us through his findings. We wouldn't consider using anyone else as he seems to do a great job, is affordable, always on time and is very pleasant to deal with.
