Prompt service at short notice. Rod and Josh are an excellent team. No self respecting pest would ever hang around to see what was coming their way. I have used M.A.D. before and will use them again.

First time client for Rod. (Have used other pest exterminators in past with dissatisfying results). Great communication and professional approach. Obviously I am not a pest expert but valued what I saw of the work being thorough and giving attention to detail. I guess you do not remain in business for 31 years if you don't know what you are doing! :) Am very pleased to be able to recommend him. Thanks Rod

Frequently asked questions

How much do pest controllers typically charge?
Costs vary widely depending on the pest type, how extensive the infestation is, property access and whether follow-up visits are needed. Most pest controllers charge a call-out fee plus an hourly labour rate, with materials and repeat treatments adding to the total. The prices shown on this page update live to help you compare current rates.
Do pest controllers charge call-out fees?
Many pest controllers charge a call-out fee to attend and assess your property, which is usually separate from labour and materials. After-hours, weekend or emergency attendance often attracts higher rates. It's worth confirming any call-out or minimum fees when requesting quotes.
Do pest controllers need a licence in Australia?
Yes. Pest control work generally must be carried out by a licensed pest controller in every Australian state and territory, and in NSW licensing is administered by the NSW Environment Protection Authority (NSW). Providers should display a valid state pest management licence and often hold industry credentials such as AEPMA membership or PestCert accreditation, public liability insurance and an ABN with GST registration. Many also provide a written service report and chemical usage log after treatment.
How do I get a quote from M.A.D. Pest Control?
