  When looking for someone to help me with a rat problem I contacted Geoff and Lisa of Jim's Pest control. I was concerned about the environmental impact of using poison but Lisa did some research and came back to me with what she had discovered. Both Geoff and Lisa were very professional and great to deal with. I am very impressed with their service.

  Lisa & Geoff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond with their service. We had a possum issue and I sent an email on a Saturday night not expecting a response. They called within the hour and scheduled the visit. Geoff was on time, polite and very knowledgeable. We decided to book a termite inspection and pest spray and again very happy with their work and follow ups. Overall we are very happy with the service, outcome and professionalism and will use them going forward.
