Professional and excellent customer service as well as good price. I highly recommend this company. For many years we had problems with pigeons in our loading zone. Chris, the owner of Phantom Pest Solutions suggested to put spikes on the ceiling pipes and metal trays where the pigeons were nesting. He first cleaned the area with a high pressure hose because the whole place was filthy of pigeon droppings. He then with his partner Jaci, who was also fantastic, installed the bird spikes on the ceiling/pipes/metal trays located above our loading zone. The job was done in two days, they had to hire a scissor lift in order to reach the high ceiling. The job was done over two weeks ago and for the first time after 20 years in this building, there are no more pigeons nesting and the loading zone is now clean! I am the secretary of the Owners Corporation for our building and I wished that I would have found Chris and Jaci earlier. I highly recommend Phantom Pest Solutions Pty Ltd. I will certainly use their services for other issues such as pest/spiders/cockroaches issues.
