Gerard picked up the phone straight away when I first rang about a rat problem in my rental unit (a Thursday afternoon), made an appointment to come by on the Saturday morning, arrived and promptly identified where the rats were living, laid the baits and told me to expect a ruckus that night. He was responsive, prompt, friendly and effective, and offered a follow up. Fantastic service, if I have any problems in future I will be calling him.

Gerard was a breath of fresh air. Straight into the job he was asked to do, very pleasant and was very informative and frank about his required task. Extremely knowledgeable about his trade and that makes you feel comfortable, as you know you are dealing with an expert and not a novice. Did the job thoroughly, asked questions about the property and it's history and gave tips on the best ways to keep termites and other insects at bay.
