I just had Ken perform a building and pest inspection on a house I was proposing to purchase. This was at very short notice but this was not a problem for him. It was the second time within a couple of months I called on his services ( unsuccessful purchasing the first time) because I was very impressed with the first report...why?...The report was simple and intuitive to follow with clear pictures and details on the room or area of the house he was reporting on. I also thought the small comment at the bottom referencing whether I required a handyman or a professional to repair a defect was very useful. I was very impressed when I called to query in detail certain comments made because his replies greatly assisted my decision on the price I would offer for the property. Ken was extremely detailed, knowledgeable, experienced and onto it! The whole process from call to receiving our reports was smooth, clear and easy to understand.
