Grant Warner from Now Pest Control (Liverpool) is hands down the best pest technician I’ve ever used. His work is consistently professional, thorough, and to an exceptional standard. He has done standard cockroach and pest treatments for me with amazing results, and he also treated my property for termites with complete expertise and care. After my positive experience, I recommended Grant to a friend who had just discovered termites behind his gyprock. The damage was minimal and only to a small section of structure. Grant gave clear advice not to spray the termites in the wall because doing so would make it much harder to eliminate the colony. Unfortunately, my friend did not listen and used insect spray, which killed the termites he could see but made it far more difficult to target the nest where the real problem was. My friend later admitted it was a mistake, but what impressed me was how Grant handled it. He remained completely professional, did not add extra costs or penalties, and still managed to track down and treat the nest. Thanks to Grant’s expertise, my friend avoided what could have turned into a knockdown and rebuild. What really stands out is his honesty. I’ve had other pest controllers tell me I had termites when I didn’t, but Grant was completely transparent and only recommended what was truly needed. That level of integrity is rare and so valuable. If you want someone who knows his trade inside out, delivers outstanding results, and is genuinely trustworthy, I can’t recommend Grant and Now Pest Control highly enough.
