  Service that went absolutely above and beyond. I'm based in Victoria and struggled to find someone available who would do these in my state. Daryl from Compare Inspections was extremely kind and informative over the phone, including explaining the differences in state laws and offering to help if the Owners Corporation were able to give him access to the records. The report was very speedy and Daryl also spent a lot of time on the phone walking me through it and answering my questions. Because the layout of the report was very clear, I had no further questions and was able to make our offer for the property unconditional. Highly recommend Daryl and Compare Inspections for anyone, including in Victoria, who is looking to buy a strata property so you can understand more about what you're buying into from a kind expert who is willing to go above and beyond for you.
