  Outstanding customer focussed business! Yesterday I had my pest control done by Rob. He was fantastic! Friendly, efficient and thorough. The service I had from your office was also amazing. I was explained everything, emailed with details and kept up to date when Rob would arrive . I have always used another pest control for 17 years, but they were taken over by a big company and that service last time was not good. This family operated company exceeded my expectations!   We were really impressed with Drop Dead Pest Control. They came out to Maianbar They were very thorough, took their time explaining everything clearly, and treated far more areas than the previous pest control company we had used. Nothing felt rushed, and it was obvious they genuinely cared about doing a proper job. On top of that, the service was cheaper than our last provider while being much more detailed. We’ll definitely be using them again and highly recommend them.

  Could not fault our experience with Drop Dead Pest Control at all. We have had them out about 4 times for our annual pest spray and termite inspections. We live close to the bush and have little kids, so it’s good to know the house is as pest free as possible. I love that they take their shoes off before they come in the house. They have even chased after my dog twice and returned him home. Excellent service and friendly people!

  Drop Dead recently completed a yearly white ant inspection at our premises. Colin was punctual, very professional and extremely thorough. His friendly manner and clear communication in explaining all findings was appreciated. A very detailed report which covered all aspects of the inspection was supplied. After now using Drop Dead Pest Control for a number of years for both pest control and termite inspections we can highly recommend this company to conduct a very professional and thorough service.
