As a strata manager, I recently engaged Impact Pest Control to take over the termite control / management work from another contractor at the last minute, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Impact were tasked with the tricky job of installing almost 300 bait stations across a large property, with tricky access considerations. The team handled everything with professionalism, ensuring clear communication with the residents throughout the process. Despite the challenge of stepping in last-minute, they quickly and efficiently got to work, including uncovering a live termite nest along the way, without any fuss or delays. Their expertise and no-nonsense approach were exactly what we needed, and they completed the works ahead of time.
