As a strata manager, I recently engaged Impact Pest Control to take over the termite control / management work from another contractor at the last minute, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Impact were tasked with the tricky job of installing almost 300 bait stations across a large property, with tricky access considerations. The team handled everything with professionalism, ensuring clear communication with the residents throughout the process. Despite the challenge of stepping in last-minute, they quickly and efficiently got to work, including uncovering a live termite nest along the way, without any fuss or delays. Their expertise and no-nonsense approach were exactly what we needed, and they completed the works ahead of time.

Much respect for Mick and his team including Janene and Vicky. They are quick to respond when you have a concern at your house, and they are best experts to deal with if the concern is something which needs treatment. They have been keeping us safe and feeling secure for years. I would not hesitate to recommend them for all your pest control needs.

Wonderful staff and always very flexible and ready to go above and beyond to help out in any situation. I have been using them for years and with multiple pest issues they have been able to tell me exactly what the problem was and come to the rescue. These guys found a major issue I had years ago when living in a very old house, that another supplier never discovered in the roof. I highly recommend using this team of experts.
