I can’t speak highly enough of John from Planeta Pest Management. My veggie patch was getting decimated, and I was convinced we were just dealing with one rogue rat. I called John and he came out immediately as he was already in the area. Right away, it was clear he really knows his stuff. Based on the damage and what I told him, he explained exactly what kind of rats they were and how they behave. He told me straight up that there was more than one and predicted the exact spots where we’d have success. He placed 5 bait boxes and 4 traps. I noticed right away that the traps he uses are high quality, far better than the stuff you find at the hardware store. He was spot on with his plan; within three days we caught three rats and it’s been total silence ever since. John even called back to check in on the progress and provided handy and helpful tips around post rat catching care and trap repositioning. His prices were fair and extremely competitive. We were so impressed with his knowledge and the results that we are definitely using him for our pest spraying next. If you want someone who actually understands the science behind the job and a genuine guy, call John.

John at Planeta is a rare find! No only is he an expert in his field, but he's such a genuine person to deal with. He has that perfect balance of professionslism, where he can impart his knowledge & experience but is extremely personable. It's so refreshing to deal with someone who treats you like a person, rather than a job. Other stand out qualities are he's very thorough, great communication - keeps you consistently informed, prompt, and as extra bonus, his pricing is very competitive. If youre looking for pest control with a difference, dont look anywhere else.

I live on the top floor of an apartment block with trees all around me. I’d get the occasional cockroach fly in, but it was the spiders that freaked me out. I was looking for an environmentally friendly approach, and I also wanted to keep my dog safe. I contacted Planeta via their website and John responded promptly. I was impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. I’ve worked with other pest controllers in the past but John is a ‘pest management expert’ - BIG difference. He’s very strategic in his approach. John didn’t just come and ‘spray’, he assessed my living environment, treated the outdoor surrounds on my balcony, and also made suggestions of how to minimise challenges and went about fixing them. Even wrangled a ‘fix’ for my laundry pipe with some fly screen. I’ve already seen a huge difference, so ‘thank you’! John is professional, prompt, and also a really nice guy! I’d strongly recommend him.
