I can’t speak highly enough of John from Planeta Pest Management. My veggie patch was getting decimated, and I was convinced we were just dealing with one rogue rat. I called John and he came out immediately as he was already in the area. Right away, it was clear he really knows his stuff. Based on the damage and what I told him, he explained exactly what kind of rats they were and how they behave. He told me straight up that there was more than one and predicted the exact spots where we’d have success. He placed 5 bait boxes and 4 traps. I noticed right away that the traps he uses are high quality, far better than the stuff you find at the hardware store. He was spot on with his plan; within three days we caught three rats and it’s been total silence ever since. John even called back to check in on the progress and provided handy and helpful tips around post rat catching care and trap repositioning. His prices were fair and extremely competitive. We were so impressed with his knowledge and the results that we are definitely using him for our pest spraying next. John is extremely thorough and helpful. We had a rat infestation in our apartment complex and he helped block specific access to our apartment and clean up the mess rats left. John was also super prompt, kept us updated on his arrival time.
