  Matty and his team were brilliant. Their professionalism, expertise and quality of workmanship delivered us an exceptional finished product. Our home was in need of a significant amount of prep work including roof cleaning, sanding and gap filling and the teams attention to detail across each step was evident. Perfection in the finish was evident in the pride they took in every single element. To get the finish they achieved on my front door, they met with a Dulux specialist and added additional coats of a specialist paint to build up the layers to provide maximum coverage, durability and the desired finish. They just kept at it till it was perfect. Matty took external metal louvred home to spray paint them individually for me. Other painters had told me they would need to be replaced. They came up brilliantly. I was sorry when the painting was finished as the team were so pleasant to have around. They kept the site immaculate. My neighbour also used Topspec Painting and his house and roof looks amazing as well. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you Matty

  We hired Top Spec to complete some external house painting and we were very happy with the experience . Matty's initial response was very professional and he provided a detailed quote explaining each element, and also made the effort to follow up. The reason we selected Top Spec was his attention to detail and quality, and at all times he wanted to work with us to determine details etc. I would definately use Top Spec again and recommend them to others.

  Matt and his team were tasked with a MAMMOTH job of painting the complete interior walls at work consisting of 10 offices, several hallways, toilets, kitchen and reception area including ceilings, all while we continued to operate the business. This task was made difficult by having furniture in every room, minimising the ability to move freely around to pain around light fittings, air con vents and skirtings. What was even more challenging was the fact that the building is a billion years old and run down with holes in walls and doors, loose skirtings and other obstacles such as dirt, dust, cobwebs etc along floor areas after furniture was moved making the ability to paint the trims white quite tricky. There are no words I can say to describe just how big of a job this was but Matt and Kieran (yes, only TWO MEN) smashed this out in 8 business days. Their attitude, workmanship, knowledge and diligence was second to none. Everything I threw at them, and I threw a lot, was no trouble, they listened, they actioned and they were like a breath of fresh air around the office. Their ability to work around the pressure in our office was commendable, their equipment was quiet, the paint almost no odour at all. Care was taken at every step, their reliability and quality of work words just can’t describe. I would not hesitate to recommend Top Spec to anyone needing a painter, I will definitely see Matt in the future as we have more work projects requiring refreshing (outside the building). Thank you Matt & Keiran for your hard work, fun attitude and exceptional paint job!!
