With such a long 'to do' list we were struggling to find a builder who really took into consideration the things that were important to us, as well as helping us manage our expectations in terms of budget / what was realistic. We found Darren to be very knowledgeable, honest and reliable. He was always able to help us troubleshoot issues along the way, and considering our build took place during the height of the chaos of covid, we appreciated his dedication to getting the job finished, despite the many industry challenges at the time. Extensive research brought us to our initial conversation with Darren. We quickly realised Darren was confident with what he was offering, professional in his communications, and importantly made time to listen, and 'unravel' our needs into a plan for a new home that was "built for us". At every stage during the build, Darren personally kept us informed, sought our feedback, and answered any questions. The great rapport Darren had with the wonderful team working on site was also clearly evident on site visits to meet Darren at various times. The outcome of Darren's approach with ourselves, his team, and the expertise that has gone into our home is truely amazing.
