We hired this company to paint the exterior of our home after seeing positive reviews. The painters advised the job would finish on Monday but left on Thursday saying it was complete. On inspection, the workmanship was very poor: uneven fascia lines, inconsistent window painting, undercoat visible, paint on the inside of white windows, splatter on brickwork, and missed areas. The project manager (who was polite and professional) agreed the work was unacceptable and advised the windows needed to be fully repainted internally to fix the issues. When the painters returned, it caused major disruption. Furniture had to be moved daily, I had to stay home for several days, other trades were cancelled, and renovation work paused due to dust. The rectification work was still below standard, with minimal sanding, poor preparation, and areas with only one coat applied. When we asked for the invoice to be reassessed, we were told the internal window painting was done “out of good faith,” despite this work being required to correct earlier mistakes. Our request was refused. Although the paint now looks better, the overall experience was stressful and below the standard expected for the amount I was charged. I would not recommend this company.
