  Absolutely amazing service! I needed advice on fitting a deadlock, they ordered in a part I needed which arrived the next day. They helped me change the part over and I got our deadlock fitted and working beautifully! They did offer to come and help with the install if needed, but didn’t push anything and were so genuinely happy to help. Hard to find customer service like that anymore. I am so grateful and it made a job that could have been much harder, much easier for me. Thank you so much! Can’t recommend them enough.

  I had an emergency with my flyscreen door after coming home from work. The handle had literally come apart from the door, and I could not exit the house. I called Lock, Stock and they already had an idea what the issue was. They arrived within 20 minutes and solved the issue in a manner of minutes. The price was also really affordable. Something that was stressful and costly became immediately the opposite. Thanks guys, What a great company Highly recommended.

  Just had Sam from LS&F come and replace a lock on my glass sliding door. Thanks to his recommendation I decided to replace locks on all three sliding doors as they are now 17 years old. Sam came in time frame agreed to and explained everything very clearly. I was very happy with the price, very reasonable! I highly recommend LS&F and thank-you to Sam.

  Can’t recommend highly enough, the comms before and during the job were excellent. Option of texting photos to show the issues prior to quoting to save time and money was great. Levi and Taylor were wonderful. Don’t settle for locks not working quite right, get this team out to sort it.
