I was in a total frazzle with my key broken in the ignition and the car immobilized. Brett, over the phone, talked me through all the steps to release the key and make the car drive-able again. No charge. Just friendliness. He missed out on the call out job but saved me the fees of having him come to my aid in person. Now that is not only professional but kind and fair. Thumbs up.
