Fantastic service today by staff member Stewart. It was a busy day for me but he was so punctual and able to undertake the tasks with very little direction. He was able to fit a new lockable door knob to one of my doors and change all locks. I ended up with one key for the entire property which was ideal. He also fixed up a loose door latch And unlike most trades he left the place clean and tidy vacuuming everything up. Stewart also gave me several tips regarding my sliders and re-coding automatic door remotes - as a woman who lives on her own I found this information so helpful. Unfortunately no power was connected to my property on the day but this was absolutely no problem in getting everything done. Great service!! I felt the company offered amazing value and fantastic service. I would highly recommend them.

Absolutely amazing service! I was having issues with my car key ignition, so I called Stewart Willcock for help, and he was quick to show up and easily fixed my problem within minutes. Very impressive and highly recommended.

I have had an interesting experience but overall a great one and would definitely recommend them again. I got 2 keys cut when I was in a rush on Friday and when I got home, I noticed that one of the keys was incorrect. I rang them on the Monday after I finished university and he was willing to keep the shop open, as well as recut me 2 correct duplicates as well as cut a stronger duplicate for my car key with no charge.
