A few months ago they put a new lock on my ‘new’ tiny home on wheels, it was delivered locked with no keys. The builders of the home became insolvent. I paid cash for the work on the lock but there was a problem with the lock as time went on, not locking properly. Northcoast Locksmiths came today and I’m so grateful the young man Kalan took the door off and altered it a bit, as well as doing his ‘thing’ with the lock. He went above and beyond to get it working. They waived their fees for the work today. Well done Northcoast LOCKSMITHS. I highly recommend them.

I called a few places trying to find an old skeleton key without costing a small fortune without much luck. Then I got onto this place and Ash was so kind, he even allowed me to see if a skeleton key they had would open an old cabinet we had that we’d misplaced the key for, and turns out, it did! I was then able to call and pay for it over the phone. Customer service excellence right there! Thank you so much again, your kindness and willingness to help me made my bloody day.
