I had a new digital lock and tricky gate lock installed at our property. I found the service and communication from Shieldtech excellent. Despite the job requiring some tricky problem solving that needed a few visits to re-inspect solution options, both Damien and Campbell were thorough, timely and always great to deal with. I would have no hesitation in using Shieldtech again for any future lock requirements.

Huge thanks to Phil for coming to the rescue after hours. A door got closed a bit too hard, the lock flicked, and we somehow managed to lock ourselves out while playing outside after dinner… with two young kids... Phil was great - really clear about the call-out fees (they were on the website and he double-checked I’d seen them or heard them on the phone message before coming out), which I genuinely appreciated. No surprises. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and had us back inside quickly and calmly. Absolutely recommend.
