Stephen came out to change all the locks on a recently purchased house. I appreciated the prompt service but more than anything I appreciated the honest advice on unnecessary changes and how to protect the locks in the future from damage during previous ownership. While there he also reconfigured the remotes for the automatic doors. Stephen is a lovely guy whom I would highly recommend and will definitely use for any future work.

Had an issue with an ornate front door handle. Called the phone number and spoke to Steve. He was very helpful. He gave me advice and sent links with options to consider. He did this without pushing me to use his services. As a result I was able to solve the problem myself.
