I had enquired about a broken car key and Replacement Car keys were quick to respond. I had also called to ask a question regarding my car key and they were amazing in providing advice. I had booked the appointment with the East Brisbane office and when I arrive early they had started the process immediately. They were quick and efficient in completing the repair on my spare car key. I highly recommend.

These guys went above and beyond and would recommend them to anyone. My dad has dementia and lost his car keys. He had stopped driving due to his illness. Some would say why both as its an old car and he wont be driving but it was the only thing that my dad had to makw him still have that made him feel part of his dependence evwn though he could not drive. He would start the car or we would go for a drive on dads car. Had 2 different young guys come, firat could not get it to work but would need a new key part which would not be cheap. So I said thats fine for my dad. So 2nd young guy came so rather than getting straight into it and replace the part he had a look and it worked. So rather than getting a new major part replaced just had a set of keys done which saved us so much more. Now he could of juat replaced it didn't have to check as one of his colleague did bit he still did and for me that meant alot. Thank you to both of these staff especially the 2nd one cant remember as it was November last year. It meant so much and shows that it wasn't about the money for the busy bit going above and beyond. Simon was excellent. He arrived on time, and ready to go. Not only did he get us back on the road in our older Mercedes quickly, but he explained everything he was doing which I found so interesting and I learned a few things.
