Highly recommend John from Reliance Locksmiths! I had 5 locksmiths (yes 5! From 5 seperate companies) to come and do a quote for a new digital front door lock, deadbolt and some new sliding door locks and he was not only the most competitively priced but the most friendly and prompt! John is a genuine kind of guy who went the extra mile and at the end of the day provided good old fashioned customer service! I called to ask for a quote and by early the following week he had come out to see what needed to be done, followed that up with quote that night, when booked to do the job he booked it in for the following week, turned up on time each time, did the job and cleaned after himself. We had John out to to replace an electronic front door lock and rekey some locks to match the new security screens. He replied promptly to emails and was friendly, and very easy to communicate with, not to mention that he did a great job! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend John and will definitely use his services in the future.

my Sportage decided to be a difficult job to program a new remote, John worked hard to find a solution and after all that hard work, he succeeded. This wonderful gentleman saved my bum the other night. It was freezing, I lost my key on a walk with my dog, I've been having a hard time lately my roof gave way in the rains, this was the last straw and I was all up in my feels.
