I came in with a few different problems to resolve and Emily was very supportive and listened well. She came up with more than one way to fix the problems, and then courteously carried through in great communication until the job was sorted. All things fixed easily and very competently. And Emily gave me a great price which was a surprise bonus. I have full confidence in the team here at the Caboolture store. They seem to be a family business where they all work hard to deliver great service at budget prices. I certainly will be back when any need arises.

Emily has done a superb job in preparing two new deadbolts & knob sets synching the keys required as one fits all. She also had prepared 4 keys & cut more in an instant. Excellent service & highly recommended. I live 30 mins away on Bribie Island so this timely service was most appreciated.

Big thanks to Emily for your assistance with changing the lock from old to new handle on my Toyota Hilux drivers side door today. Done straight away when we walked in without a booking or calling ahead while we waited in the air conditioned comfort of the office. Thanks for your time and awesome customer service. Thank you Morayfield locksmiths who came to my rescue when the ignition key housing broke and my car could not be started at the panel beaters where it was for repairs. after calling them they went to the site. they replaced the part and the car was going that afternoon all within a few hours of my call to them from home. They also kept me informed as to what was going on and the cost that was very fair. This was on a Friday too which made their service better then 5 stars.

Lunchtime we had a problem with a priority lock. Phone support was excellent, and despite a fully booked service schedule they made space for us. A matching lock was installed that afternoon. I cannot recommend this company higher on their performance!
