I broke my key and my car would not start. I visited Ben at Auto Tech Locksmiths and was hoping for a quick fix to get my car back on the road. Ben came to the rescue. Although he had to leave early he squeezed me in and synched a brand new key into my car! I was back on the road in no time Thanks Ben. Speedy, friendly, professional service. Highly recommend.

I cannot put into words how grateful we are to these guys. From talking through in detail what’s involved over the phone, to coming out and doing the work required onsite, to providing advice on matters that we were in the dark about. They are amazing and we highly recommend them!!!!

I wanted to replace my fob for my Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk because it was starting to play up, I asked my local locksmith and he referred me to Auto Tech. I contacted Becky & Ben and was quoted about $495 to replace and program my new fob. I arrived at their North Lakes office and explained what was happening with my fobs and to my surprise they said they could still use my internals from my fobs and I just needed to replace the button pads and all up it cost me around $220 saving me nearly $300. I would strongly recommend these guys for being so honest with the repairs to my fobs, I mean they could of charged what was quoted and not told me they could repair my old fobs. Thanks Becky & Ben for being so honest, these days it is hard to find people that are very honest. Tried to give them a tip for being so good, but they even refused that. I would definitely refer my friends and family to Auto Tech.

Becky was awesome, as an apprentice she gave it her absolute best but an old dodgy lock got the better of her. She called Ben who came & sorted it providing some advanced on job training on the go. Amazing service & as quoted despite the boss attending. Highly recommend！

I took my motorhome to Ben for a second key to be programmed, which turned out far more complicated than you could imagine. On the second visit back Becky and Ben thought they had solved the issue, no luck, but they were determined not to give up, they went to so much trouble for me, were kind and determined to do the job.
