After being burned by dodgy Google listings and unqualified people pretending to be locksmiths, I was relieved to find Chris — a genuine local owner-operator who is honest, reliable, and actually turns up on time. He quickly identified the problem, had the right tools to fix it on the spot, and was an all-round great bloke to deal with. A few days later he went out of his way to drop off an extra door lock free of charge — completely unprompted, on what was already a small job. You simply can't ask for better service than that. Highly recommend.

  Chris was extremely professional and efficient. When I called he told me what time he would arrive and how much it would cost. He arrived earlier (so grateful given it was at night and the kids were with me) and had us back inside in a few minutes!
