    Andy did a great job fixing my front door when my key decided it didn’t want to play nice anymore. He came out at a time that was convenient to me (after school pick-up). He was quickly able to diagnose the issue and had everything he needed to fix the lock. Andy was friendly and respectful, even cleaning up his little drill hole with a dustpan. It was also great seeing him show care and patience to his apprentice. Andy is very passionate about everything to do with locks and knows his stuff. If you’re interested, he will take the time to explain what the issue was. If not, he’ll get on with the job like a pro so you can get on with life.
