The invasion of privacy felt so jarring, but after a call to Vahan and the team at Highland Security, they did everything possible to get me set up within 24 hours so my family and I could feel safe in our home again. They tailored a system to our needs, offered practical advice and the installation was promptly and professionally completed. Their ongoing back to base monitoring is a godsend and excellent investment. Staff are professional, courteous and always willing to help with our questions and concerns.   Highland have been looking after us for a number of years now, and their service from the beginning has always been exceptional. They are still treating us as well as they did from that very first appointment, with recent changes / updates to our system with the NBN completed seamlessly, and support when I can't work something out continuing throughout! They are always at the forefront of tech advances that could help us. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
