  Jeff responded to my call quickly and advised me of my options in addressing a stuck ignition key. He was out the next morning (asap) and investigated the issue - key or key barrel. He replaced the barrel; checked the keys; and fixed my door locks (which hadn't worked on over a decade). I would definitely recommend Jeff as a quality locksmith as well as a helpful, friendly and decent guy.
