Huge shoutout to Ben from Infinity Locksmiths who helped us so much, can’t recommend him highly enough, if I could give higher than 5 stars I would. My daughter had her VW car keys stolen and the saga went from bad to worse, with problem after problem, everytime we thought we had a solution we were met with another challenge. Ben helped us from start to finish, even going as far as meeting us onsite at 7am on a weekend and helping us push the car off the rooftop carpark for the tow. He spent countless hours trying to sort a replacement key for us and after 4 days and him going above and beyond his obligation as a service provider, we have a car again. We are so forever grateful and will use him again if we ever need to.
