  Im in Camperdown. Ben is personable and a proud local small business i was delighted to support having read previous reviews. I emailed one Sunday morning to request a mid week appointment. He was on the phone to me within an hour - on a Sunday - to confirm an appt. Discussed job and confirmed the cost. He was punctual, efficient and got job done we were delighted. Recommend Ben without hesitation.

  I was recommended Benjamin from another locksmith that wasn't available to do my job & am so grateful! I contacted Ben to ask if he would be able to fit a smart lock that we had purchased to our front door, he asked for me to send him a photo of the lock & door - within less than 30 minutes he had replied with a quote. The quote was very reasonable & decided to go ahead - Ben came out the very next day. He was prompt, friendly & very skilled at his job. Ben explained to me about how the strike plate from our previous lock was different & that he would need to drill a bigger hole & put in a filler to make it flush, at every stage he explained very clearly what he'd need to do & allowed me time to ask questions & understand. He was honest about not having fitted this particular lock before & took the time to check the instructions. Once it was fitted he made sure it was working properly & that we were happy. He even cleaned up after himself despite my assuring him it was ok to leave it for me. It took longer than the advised time yet he still charged us just the quoted price. I enquired about another lock that wasn't working correctly & rather than try to upsell us he advised it's a cheap lock that we can buy from Bunnings & replace ourselves very easily- very honest of him Would recommend him in a heartbeat.
