My parents were locked out of their home coming home from their holidays and I searched for a reputable locksmith online which led me to Master Locksmith and security solutions. They picked up their phone straight away just before 5pm and I was greeted by a lovely operator who told me someone will get in contact with me within 3 minutes. Lo and behold Ben called me and said he will be with us within the hour. He called again to let us know where he was and when he will arrive which is wonderful as everyone is busy and has family obligations during this time. When Ben arrived, we were greeted with a warm greeting and friendly smile, Ben was very processional and upfront of the costs and work that he will be doing. Within less than 5 minutes he had the doors unlocked. Thank you very much Ben for a what would have been a very distressful day to a wonderful experience. We could definitely refer you to everyone who’s locked out! Highly recommended

Ben was absolutely fantastic! He responded quickly, arrived on time, and was extremely professional throughout the whole process. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure the job was done properly before leaving. What really stood out was his friendly attitude and honesty — you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. The pricing was fair with no surprises, and the quality of his work was excellent. I highly recommend Ben if you’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy locksmith. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again!
