From the initial quote appointment through to the completed installation, they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. The job was completed to the highest standard, their workmanship was immaculate, with a real eye for detail, and their communication throughout the entire process was second to none. They turned what could have been a lengthy, confusing and costly project into a smooth, efficient and high-quality installation. We obtained multiple quotes for this job, but it was clear from first contact we were dealing with real professionals that have a “no job is too hard” attitude. Moved into a commercial property in Banksmeadow and the real estate agent arranged for ESS security to replace some locks. Karen from ESS was really nice and rang and booked me in for today at 11am. I got to work 15mins before my booking and Craig the locksmith was already there waiting for me. Despite getting there early, he just patiently sat in his car and introduced himself to me when I arrived. Over the next 1.5hrs, Craig skilfully rekeyed and fixed a number of locks and door issues. No complaints, nothing was a problem, and anything could be fixed. What an amazing attitude. I honestly can’t recommend ESS enough. Family owned business doing the community proud.

Have used ESS before , so returned to them . They researched the locks needed to replace like for like so I didn’t have multiple holes in my doors. On time , friendly , efficient service. Will use again if needed .
