  He is such a great person. I lost my car key. I asked him to come and helped me. He came to my place. Once he arrived i found the car key at the same time at my work place. He was so humble and nice towards me. I felt so awkward and bad i offered him to pay him his least amount of money but he denied. He didn’t charge me anything. I was having such a bad and rough day. He was very nice to console me that its okay not to feel bad about it. Thank you so much for your service. You were quick to respond as well.

  This is a review for Eugene. Last Friday, key wasn't opening well at my business, but got in. Saw at next door, a Handyman putting - up locks for cabinets. Approached him about my lock. Despite, he told me later that he had multiple jobs booked. He did NOT say no and looked at mine, although Lunch time and looked Hungry. Yet, he spent 40 minutes trying to rectify. Then, he patched it up for use, as parts needed. Bought him Lunch, as he worked non - stop, as he fit me in on Short Notice. Came on Monday afternoon, with parts being already ordered. Eugene was Touched about a meal provided Gesture, although he did NOT expect anything. And, gave me a very reasonable pricing. Door works GREAT now. HAPPY with Eugene's workmanship and Flexibility. Definitely, will call him when I need him. Regards,

  Eugene from Cracker Jack Locksmiths provides an exceptional service in a very polite and friendly manner, and his prices are very reasonable, even if the job is after hours. I had only been living at my new place for just over a week when I accidentally locked myself outside, while trying to stop one of my cats from absconding into the cold winter night. He arrived promptly, less than 15 minutes after my son called him (thank goodness) and he quickly got me back inside my house out of the cold. I was expecting it was going to cost me an arm and leg as it was well after 9 pm and I was very pleasantly surprised when he told me his fee. I have used his services several times since and I have always been impressed by his friendly professionalism. I have no hesitation in recommending his wonderful old fashion service to anyone. Thank you Eugene.
