I was accidentally locked out of my house on a Saturday night around 10pm and called Macarthur Locksmiths. Brett arrived in just 25 minutes! He was prompt, kind, fast-acting, and very professional. I expected the service to be expensive given the late hour of a Saturday, but the price was surprisingly reasonable. Truly great service, I’d highly recommend Brett and Macarthur Locksmiths Pty Ltd!

Security Guard Review – Year 12 Graduation Event We were pleased with the professionalism and presence of the security team at our Year 12 Graduation event. Their approach was calm, respectful, and non-intrusive, which helped create a safe and welcoming atmosphere for students, staff, and families. The guards maintained a visible presence throughout the evening, managing access points efficiently and ensuring that all attendees felt secure. They handled their responsibilities discreetly, stepping in when necessary without disrupting the celebratory nature of the event. Additionally, their communication with school staff was clear and courteous, which helped the evening run smoothly from start to finish. Overall, we were impressed with their conduct and would be happy to work with this security team again for future school events.
