Read moreShaun, JT and Ben are absolutely amazing. I had a bit of an odd job for them and wasn't sure any one would touch it. It involved two pieces of precious antique future who's original keys where lost during a move. I was able to bring the pieces on site and the team where able to do unpick the locks and craft new keys with easy. I expected given the complexity of the locking system on the pieces it would be a tough job taking days and many man hours if not more. The team surprised me with a call the next day saying it was ready. The price was great, the service even better. These guys are the best in the west, be it on-site or call out. They even gave me advice on changing the locks on my investment property as well and I was blown away by their professional. JT is awesome, Ben is a master of his craft and Shaun is an absolute legend. Would highly recommend this team for an job big or small.

Called around and spoke to several (8) different companies who were all fairly insensitive and were quick to agitate when asked a single question. These guys are happy to answer questions and provide quick, efficient and the right pricing. Customer service over the phone and in person were both amazing, I wouldn't go anywhere else and will be calling these guys again in future. Bonus if you pay cash, so have some handy.
