My parents upgraded their hearing and cooling taking advantage of the rebate scheme. The team at Den Services were amazing. Right from the initial call with Michelle with her support and follow up. Also James in Sales whom walked them through a solution. Very knowledgeable he provided acceptional professional service. Also Gavan for his inspection to ensure everything was right to go prior to install. Then Justin and his team who completed the install. He took so much pride in his work. Was very clean, thorough and professional. Installation was completed in 1 day and job was booked and completed within 4 days. Great assets to the Den team.

Even when there was an issue with the thermostat during first operation DEN Services contacted the manufacturer and got it sorted, made sure everything was running perfect before final payment. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The system works amazing. 😄
