RGM Hydronic

Royce installed an hydronic heating system in my house in Shoreham. What a pleasure to deal with Royce. Royce and his dad took pride in their work and constantly thought about how to deliver the best system whilst minimising the visual impact on the house. Royce even fixed my water pump as part of the process. The price was ultra competitive and they used high quality German parts. Royce constantly asked what I wanted and his preparedness to communicate was first class. I wish all tradies were this good.

We recently had gas hydronic heating installed by Royce. We had previously struggled to keep our house above 16oc (likely due to an old heating system and high ceilings). The hydronic heating has been the best investment in our home. Every room is now comfortable and warm, we easily achieve 21oc (and higher if guests are coming over) and the panels look really nice. Royce and his colleague came and quoted the job in person, giving us an accurate quotation and they were very informative. They then removed our old ducted heating system and installed the new hydronic system over a few days making sure every panel worked perfectly. They paid attention to every detail and were super accommodating to all my requests. Our gas and electricity bills are now at least 30% cheaper and we have a warm home!! We are super happy with the quality and service and highly recommend Royce.

Royce is a very special tradesman. He is courteous, informative, respectful of clients (and their ignorance). I actually enjoyed his presence as he converted from gas hydronic to a heat pump system. No question was too basic for him to engage in an intelligent and thoughtful manner. What's more, he is a delightful guy who it is a pleasure to have around fixing thing things beyond my competence (not that he rubbed it in)!

Royce offers the type of service that many dream about but do not often experience - thorough knowledge, extremely courteous, always available and dependable. He saved and improved my heating system after a series of disappointing providers and has continued with excellent support ever since. Highly recommended!

Royce was excellent. 10/10 service. He was recommended to me after another provided suggested I needed a new boiler and didn’t bother looking at the unit properly. Royce took the time and consideration to look at my unit and was able to fix the part for significantly less. Highly recommend his services and he will be my go to moving forward.

Royce is very professional. Very reliable and great service. Explained all the options and provided a great price. Even upgraded the gas line to the unit without charging extra. Very happy we went with him. Great system.
