Couldn’t be happier with the installation from Tek! Amazing service with extremely quick turn around time. The work was clean, well explained and completed to standards. The job was not easy, access to my apartment involves 4 flights of stairs and I didn’t hear a single complaint. I’d recommend Tek Air to anyone who needs an AC serviced, installed or diagnosed!

Perfect service. Tek took so much time to explain all of my options and the pros and cons regarding the best options for aircon install in my apartment. With little options, he made it look neat and tidy. He also promised to have it completed prior to Christmas and it was done. Will use Tek Air in the future and couldn’t recommend any aircon company in higher regard. Absolutely fantastic and professional work done.

Highly recommend TekAir. Amazing service. I had a complex job replacing a multi split system with two individual units, a small manhole and difficult roof space. Tek investigated all options and came up with a solution that was both efficient and cost effective. The quality of work and level of customer service was excellent. And the wait time was minimal. Tek and the team were brilliant.

Tek called me back at 5:50:pm on a Friday night as I'd an issue with my Air Conditioner - firstly he was the only person to call back on a Friday. Tek was more than happy to help me and with some searching diagnosed the issue over the phone, got me to power cycle and conduct other fixes and the system was again working. ..ZERO CHARGE.. His service was great and can do attitude perfect. I will be getting Tek back to my place when the unit needs servicing, he is fantastic.
