We had Status Fencing and Landscaping replace our side fence that adjoins a park. We had concerns about security so Vikram and his team went the extra mile and had the fence down and up in a day keeping our yard secure finishing off the next day. The standard of workmanship is very high it is obvious that there is a pride in their workmanship. They also left our garden tidy and neat and they were pleasant and polite to have working at our home. Vikram kept us informed at every step, negotiations and advice about what was best. It has been a pleasant experience dealing with this company and the end result is excellent and looks really nice. What I valued is the honesty and integrity of the company. I would recommend Status Fencing & Landscaping without hesitation. Phillip Spencer JP

Frequently asked questions

How much do fencers typically charge?
Fencing costs vary considerably depending on fence type, length, materials, site conditions and whether existing fencing must be removed. Simple repairs or short runs of standard post-and-paling or Colourbond typically cost less than full replacements or jobs on difficult ground. The page shows live pricing for common fencing jobs, and quotes usually include a call-out fee plus labour and materials, with after-hours work attracting higher rates.
Do fencers charge call-out fees?
Many fencers charge a call-out fee to attend and assess the job, particularly for small or diagnostic visits. This fee is generally separate from hourly labour and materials and may be credited against the job total. Confirm whether a call-out fee applies when you request a quote.
When do fencers need a licence?
Fencing work may require registration or a contractor licence in some states and territories; requirements vary by jurisdiction. Jobs that affect safety or involve pool fencing, structural posts or significant replacement work are examples that may trigger registration. Where applicable, look for a valid state contractor licence, ABN with GST, current public liability insurance, industry association membership (for example FIAA) and a White Card.
Does Status Fencing have a verified ABN?
Yes. Status Fencing has completed ABN verification on SureQuote.
How do I get a quote from Status Fencing?
