Eastside Fencing

Second time we have used Eastside fencing. Find them very professional, detailed quotes and quality workmanship. Everyone is friendly. Harry’s communication on the day was great. We had part of the fence replaced and new lattice. Last time we used them, someone (I think the owner) took the time to come out and speak to our neighbours to alleviate their concerns of any damage to their garden. Who does that nowadays? Highly recommend

Edit to previous review. Eastside fencing contacted me shortly after posting this review and apologised for not handling my initial phone call appropriately. They sent someone out very shortly to have a look at the fence and have it repaired at cost price which was much appreciated. Unfortunately fence only lasted 5 years. Called them to arrange for someone to come fix it but the earliest someone could come out for a quote was 1 week away. They didn’t acknowledge that the fence didn’t last very long even when I told them they had installed it brand new 5 years ago so this must be a common occurrence.

Ben from Eastside Fencing is an excellent negotiator. He explained in detail to my neighbour how the fence will be built. The excellent thing about Eastside Fencing is that they itemize each item on the contract. Not all fencing companies do that. The staff at Eastside are very friendly when answering calls. If anyone wants a new fence done at a great price, I strongly recommend this company.

AMAZING SERVICE! If I could give 6 stars to Eastside Fencing I would. They were the most professional company I have dealt with in a long time. They turned up exactly when they said they would, worked even when it was cold a raining, and I now have the perfect fence I always dreamed of. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

Jackson and a couple of his assistants from Eastside Fencing undertook a couple of common fence jobs over the last 2-3 months for me and three of my neighbours covering full rear fence replacements, repairs to some leaning fence posts plus replacement of fence lattices. I had specifically requested for Jackson for the second job after the great quality work on the first job. These fences were about 30 years old. For the first job, the old fence was removed on the first day and the rubbish was taken away immediately. On the second job, Eastside Fencing came back a few days later to clear up the works rubbish and to remove the strapping that held the fence in place until the concrete had dried. Eastside Fencing met all of my expectations. I certainly recommend them. Ask for Jackson if you can.
