I was having a problem with my hot water so I called True Fix. Ben from True Fix Electrical was absolutely amazing and was done within the hour. The element in my hot water system stopped working, resulting in no hot water. After messaging True Fix Electrical, Ben came out the next morning. He was prepared for the problem and fixed the issue in under an hour. Would definately recommend and will use again.

Gave Trufix a call when I was having a problem with my hot water system recently, middle of winter, no hot water, missus wasn't happy. But rang Trufix and got a hold of Ben, he was around within an hour, happened to have a replacement element to suit our hot water system, had it fitted up and all sorted in no time, and I had a happy missus again. Cheers mate, highly recommend for anyone, and will be getting back for some other electrical stuff I'll need done soon

I needed new smoke alarms. Found The True Fix website and it ticked all the boxes. Talked to Ben and he quickly provided a quote (great price), showed up on time and did the job with little fuss. He was happy to show me how the alarm system worked and discuss other jobs that need doing. Definitely getting him back to replace ceiling fans and power points and any other future electrical work.
