From start to finish a very professional outfit. Sales team took the time to answer all of my questions regarding the quotation in an easy to understand way. Came in as one of the lower quotes we received, still using quality equipment, and provided fantastic service. When the install date came along, Aaron, Pat, and Matt turned up and did a fantastic job, clearing up after themselves and explaining what they were doing and why all the way through. Happy to highly recommend this company.

I recently had a 9kW solar system, 32kWh battery, and 10kW inverter installed at my home in Toowong, and overall I had a great experience. There was about a five-week wait time, which I was completely comfortable with - it was reassuring to see they were in high demand. On the day of installation, the crew were excellent. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, were polite throughout, and left the site clean and tidy once the job was done. There was a minor issue with the battery not operating properly after installation, but Chris & the team handled it quickly and professionally, resolving the problem within 2 business days. Overall, a very positive experience, and I’d happily work with TMEC again.

Getting our solar system from TMEC was a great experience, from start to finish. All team members from TMEC are very friendly and helpful, and responded quickly to all matters. A special thank you to Josh and his apprentice who installed our system. They both cared for our home and the equipment they installed, and left no trace. Thank you, TMEC, you provided us with the system we wanted at a very competitive price. We would select you again.

The team were great. Good communication from start to finish, friendly team. Worked well around the wet weather that could have slowed things down. Would definitely use them again.

TMEC Services installed a complete solar panel and battery system for me during the peak solar rebate period in June of 2025. Their work was outstanding and performed very quickly considering. Their quote was the best of 6 that I requested and their team gave me confidence that they knew what they were doing and that there wouldn't be any extra costs added later.
