We needed to install 4 new air conditioners in our Maroochydore house which we rent out to AirBnB. We are more than happy to recommend the team at Level Electrical & Air. From quote stage to installation, everything was professionally done and on time as promised. We were totally kept in the loop for the install and Courtney juggled us to a week earlier due to a cancellation. Pricing was excellent with other quotes not sought. Great work. We will use their services again without hesitation.

We were very happy with the service from this company, from the quick response and help from admin to the professional service of the installers. They were friendly and explained how the unit could fit in the space we wanted, worked efficiently and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. There was a small leak in one of the external pipes which was fixed quickly. We would definitely recommend Level Air for all your airconditioning needs.

I found Level Electrical & AIr very easy and pleasant to deal with. They were efficient, the phone staff (Courtney and Paige) were very knowledgeable and helpful, able to give relevant and accurate advice right from the very first phone call. Quotes were provided on time, they followed up within 24 hours of us receiving quotes and upon acceptance of the quote the workman showed up on time as appointed. It did take him an hour longer to finish the job than had been advised, even though it was a simple back-to-back installation to replace an existing defunct air conditioner in a single story building. How ever, we were not charged any increase in fee. The work site was left clean and tidy with removal of all debris. Overall, we were very pleased with Level Electrical & Air and would recommend them to anyone needing electrical or air conditioning work.

Mitch from Level Electrical and Air did a fantastic job servicing 5 of our air conditioners. One was completely broken in the middle of summer and need a new part. The team were straight onto ordering the part and coming back to fix it. All aircons are back working perfectly and clean. I would highly recommend Mitch and the team and are very grateful for their fast turnaround in the busiest time of the year.

We had a full ducted air conditioning system supplied and fitted and a split system in a smaller room. The team were efficient and courteous and tidy.
