Halcol Energy - Solar & Batteries

We recently had our solar and battery install done by Halcol. The install was done in a timely manner and the install team arrived on time. They were friendly and easy to talk to, answered all questions and we found they were very quick to return calls. Our product works very well so far and is doing its job. Their quote and response time was better than other local companies. We raised a concern regarding a small miscommunication which was immediately acknowledged and rectified by the company. We absolutely love that this company put their customer first! We are very happy with Halcol, their honesty, integrity and we highly recommend them!

I had very specific requirements and an existing solar system that I really didn't want to bin. I had a few suppliers tell me what I wanted but Josh took the time to ask, then presented me with options that would allow me to get into the market and start saving. I didn't anticipate the mad rush for batteries after the incentive was put in place and so had a few nervous weeks waiting for news. I also went on holiday for a month which didn't help the schedulers. Eventually though, we got there. The installation team was professional, on time and schedule, and did a fantastic job of integrating the system into our home taking their time to hide the cables wherever possible whilst not disrupting our recently painted house. There was a delay on one part of the system but the MD stepped in with a solution that meant the system was up and running by Friday afternoon. I've been pretty much glued to the app since then, the SigEnergy equipment and software integration is top notch stuff. Now waiting on my Amber cutover, and already enquiring about additional batteries and possibly an additional solar set up at some point. Free power generation is the best! Thanks Gary, Josh, Conrad and the team for all the hard work. And yes, I mean me as much as the actual work :)

We are very happy with our new Solar System and the friendly and professional service provided to us throughout the process. Right from the beginning sales advice provided by Nathan through to installation. The entire process was seamless. Halcol managed everything including required paperwork and communication with Energex. We were particularly impressed with the installation managed by Coenraad and the team and the post installation information provided by him, allowing us to understand and manage the system. A shout out also to the friendly and responsive admin team, who have always been happy to assist and answer any questions throughout the process. We highly recommend Halcol Energy!

Halcol has just finished installing a 32kwh battery system at our property. The install was a little out of the ordinary because we have a 2 Phase connection, so it made the guys think. They did a beautiful install, made sure every aspect of the job was completed to the highest standard possible. I work in the aviation industry and I’m used to working in extreme quality control environments with professionals, and I can tell you that these guys would be welcome any day. I can’t speak highly enough of their professionalism, their focus on customer satisfaction, and their commitment to their work. I will definitely be getting them back when it’s time to add more panels!
