​I have a Daikin multi-split system, and recently one of the four indoor units stopped cooling. I called Polar Industries, and their technician suggested the unit was too old to be worth fixing and recommended a full replacement. However, I managed to fix the issue myself. ​When I raised this concern with the office, Mia was incredibly professional. She immediately apologized, cancelled my bill, and even offered a free follow-up inspection. I am very impressed by their honesty and decency; it’s clear they truly care about their reputation and customer satisfaction. Highly recommended for their accountability!

I had Polar Industries quote for 5 x aircon install, relocate main power in, relocate main switch board and upgrades for some wiring and new safety switches. It was a lot of work, Emmett and his team worked hard and did a great job. Once they had done the prep work the aircon install team came through and were great also. Any changes due to issues arising with placement etc. they explained clearly. Emmett's also split the stove/oven circuit and did successfully fault finding on an oven element that was creating a trip with the new safety circuit breakers. Carl the patch up guy did a fantastic job where entry was required through the eaves. I'm really pleased, it was a great functional upgrade for a 1950s house and I do think a great upgrade with respect to safety as well. Big thanks to Ben and the offices ladies that were great to deal with. Also I was impressed with their apprentices who were learning, being well trained and had an impressive attitude.
